Do you want to lead while staying close to care? With us, you take responsibility for a well-coordinated team and can actively shape everyday care. Together, you ensure that people in Niederbipp and the surrounding area are cared for and supported individually and reliably in their own homes.

Your area of responsibility:

• You lead and accompany our well-coordinated team and promote the employees according to their skills and strengths. You will be supported by two experienced co-deputy team leaders.
• You are responsible for needs-oriented and high-quality care and support of our clients and also take on case management.
• You conduct assessment and consultation interviews as well as reassessments.
• You plan, control and monitor the care process and bear client responsibility including duty and deployment planning.

You bring with you:

• Qualified nurse HF/FH with leadership experience.
• Enjoyment in leading, promoting and supporting people in their development.
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working.
• Interest in development, change and new ideas as well as networked thinking and good communication skills.
