Apprenticeship starting August 2026 - Draftsperson EFZ in Civil Engineering
As a learning draftsperson EFZ in civil engineering, we are looking for you!
With around 140 employees, we plan and realize demanding structures for construction projects at our locations in Basel, Zurich, Bern, and Berlin, ranging from private houses to high-rise buildings and complex art structures, school buildings, sports stadiums, and renovations. We see ourselves as a creative partner of architects and develop the structure consistently from the first design or competition idea to realization.
Starting August 2026, we are offering an apprenticeship at our location in Bern.
The application process runs from 01.08.25 – 29.08.25
What prerequisites should you bring for the apprenticeship?
- I enjoy technical drawing. Mathematics and geometry are fun for me, just like other natural science subjects.
- I have a quick understanding and a good spatial imagination.
- I take pleasure in clean, precise work and can work calmly and focused.
- I can work independently and integrate well into a team.
- I am interested in the built environment.
- I have a flair for computer work / CAD drawing programs and logical thinking comes naturally to me.
- I achieve very good performance in one of the three performance tracks of secondary education, or I have the federal maturity.

- 3-5 weeks of practical experience on a construction site in building construction
- 4-6 months of internship in a civil engineering partner office
