SERVICE TECHNICIAN "Heating Systems" (also for Career Changers) (m/f)

• Operational responsibility for specific commissioning of heating systems in the assigned market area
• Coordination and implementation of extensive fault rectifications, ad hoc measures and maintenance as well as servicing work in a diverse customer base (private customers, large buildings, administrations, etc.)
• Situational and comprehensive advice to the same customer base regarding service contracts, spare parts and additional products
• Regular contact with the management team and supervisor as well as occasional training and further education in the specialist area
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with other units (sales, logistics, technical, etc.) as well as deputising at the same level, participation in cross-departmental special projects and events

• Solid technical training in the field of building technology/HVAC, electrical, mechanical (or comparable), professional further training (e.g. heating systems specialist or TS advantageous), career changers welcome!
• Several years of experience dealing with direct customer contact in the service environment of a company with technical products
• Proven track record with professional experience in the field of alternative energy systems, electrical engineering, building automation or similar disciplines desirable
• German as mother tongue, foreign language skills in French, English and/or Italian not mandatory but advantageous
• Residence preferably in the deployment area (you mostly work from home), proficiency in common IT applications (Windows, Excel, Word, Internet, etc.)
