To strengthen our management team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed, strong leadership and solution-oriented personality as Team Leader Specialty Team.
In this versatile and responsible role, you lead an interdisciplinary team and assume personnel, professional and organisational responsibility. You combine professional care with leadership strength, economic thinking and a pronounced sensitivity for people. Together with your team, you further develop the quality of our services and actively shape outpatient care.
Your tasks
Lead and develop people:
- Personnel, professional and organisational leadership of an interdisciplinary team
- Promotion, development and support of employees as well as support of their professional careers
- Ensuring a respectful, open and motivating team culture
- Recognising and addressing stressful situations as well as acting appropriately and solution-oriented
- Planning of personnel deployment and responsibility for needs-based duty and deployment planning
- Conducting personnel selections in consultation with the nursing management
Ensure quality and care
- Ensuring professional, client-oriented and high-quality care
- Active participation in the direct and/or indirect care and support of our clients
- Control and evaluation of the service quality of your team
- Ensuring the process from admission to discharge of clients
- Promoting professional and interprofessional collaboration with doctors, therapies, hospitals as well as other internal and external partners

What we expect from you:
- Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH
- One to three years of leadership experience, ideally in direct care
- Advanced knowledge in the areas of diabetes and wound care is an advantage
- Empathetic and appreciative leadership personality with pronounced social, communication and conflict skills
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Entrepreneurial and networked thinking as well as understanding of business management contexts
- Decisiveness, sense of responsibility and resilience
- Team player with a positive attitude and joy in actively shaping change
- German or French as mother tongue as well as good knowledge of the other language
