It supports job seekers in their reintegration process into the labour market with measures from unemployment insurance. A rapid and lasting job placement is the main focus.

We are looking for an immediate or agreed start date for a

Personnel Consultant RAV Rapperswil-Jona (m/f/d)

Workload: 80-100%

Workplace: Rapperswil-Jona

What to expect

• Advising and placing job-seeking individuals
• Conducting and recording counselling sessions
• Developing and agreeing on appropriate reintegration strategies and qualification measures with job seekers
• Collaboration with internal specialist departments (labour market measures logistics, legal service, employer service, etc.)
• Checking compliance with legal requirements and initiating sanctions in case of abuse
• Carrying out all administrative tasks related to the activities

What distinguishes you

• Commercial basic training or apprenticeship with commercial further education
• Federal diploma as HR specialist, social insurance specialist or willingness to undertake further training as HR specialist (specialisation B)
• Professional experience in personnel placement, personnel consulting, demanding customer consulting or close relation to social insurance
• Empathetic and solution-oriented communication with a wide range of interlocutors from different social and cultural backgrounds
• Flexibility and willingness to work at the RAV locations in Sargans and Wattwil if required
