We operate 7 bakery specialty shops with cafés in the Burgdorf - Solothurn region. To strengthen our sales management team, we are looking for a person with a lot of drive and enthusiasm as a Branch Manager.

You have lots of energy, work independently and love customer contact? Then you should definitely join our modern company and take on this challenge.

What awaits you:

• Serving guests in the café
• Advising and selling in the shop
• Implementing inventory management
• Dishwashing and cleaning tasks
• Organising and planning work shifts
• Implementing the HACCP hygiene concept
• Leading the team
• Managing a branch according to concept and budget guidelines
• Representing your branch within the company

What you bring:

• Basic training as a retail specialist or restaurant specialist and in-depth experience in one of these areas
• First leadership experience and basic knowledge of baked goods
• Open leadership style, assertiveness in critical situations, fostering a supportive team culture
• Efficient and motivating working style as well as willingness to take responsibility
• Flexibility regarding work shifts, as we are open 7 days a week
• Enjoyment of daily customer contact
