Your tasks
- Independent support and handling of enquiries and mandates relating to real estate capital gains tax
- Review and preparation of relevant documents
- Professional assessment of tax issues in connection with property transactions
- Identifying and highlighting potential optimisation opportunities
- Advising our clients throughout the entire process
- Correspondence with tax authorities and representation of client interests
- Internal contact person for specialist questions regarding real estate capital gains tax
Your profile
- Solid practical experience in the field of real estate capital gains tax
- Training in fiduciary or tax areas or comparable professional experience at a tax authority
- Very good knowledge of Swiss tax law
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Enjoyment of challenging issues and personal client contact
- High service orientation and a strong quality awareness
- Interest in a long-term position with a workload of 20-40 %
