Job Description

Your Team & Mission

Join a highly skilled IT Server Cloud Admin team based in Zurich, working at the forefront of cloud transformation. Our mission is to design, implement, and operate secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructures with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.

You will collaborate with infrastructure engineers, security experts and application teams to ensure a seamless and future-ready cloud environment that supports business innovation and operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage Azure-based infrastructure solutions in a hybrid and cloud-native environment
• Operate and optimize cloud services with a focus on performance, security and cost-efficiency
• Automate deployments and configurations using Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve incidents across cloud and on-prem environments
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements (e.g., IAM, network security, data protection)
• Collaborate with DevOps and application teams to enable modern cloud architectures
• Contribute to continuous improvement, documentation and standardization of cloud operations
• Support migration projects from on-premise systems to Azure

Qualifications

Your Profile

• Completed university degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Networking, Identity & Security)
• Experience with cloud automation and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform)
• Solid understanding of networking, security and monitoring in cloud infrastructures
• Problem-solving mindset, proactive and a team player with excellent communication skills
• Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305) are a plus
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
