About the job
The EMS Les Clos d’Aubonne opened its doors in October 2024 and has 56 beds, covering two missions: geriatrics and psychiatry of advanced age. The institution also benefits from 12 temporary care places, including the memory CAT. Overlooking the vineyards and the lake, the EMS of Aubonne welcomes you in a warm and dynamic setting. Located close to the town centre, it provides easy access to nearby shops and cafés. Around 70 collaborators work there.
To strengthen our Stewardship service, we are looking for, from 1 May 2026 or to be agreed, a:
Stewardship Manager M/F at 90%

YOU HAVE
- A CFC as Stewardship Manager or an AFP as Hotel-Stewardship Employee, or any other title deemed equivalent.
- Successful experience in the medico-social, hospital or hotel sector is an asset.
- Good command of the French language (written and oral).
- A helpful and caring attitude.
- A sense of initiative and the ability to work in a team.
- Availability to cover shifts in our two other EMS.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Carry out cleaning activities of premises, furniture and linen.
- Manage and ensure meal service within the different units as well as in the cafeteria: reception, sales, service, cleaning, tidying, cash handling.
- Order equipment and consumables for services and residents.
- Participate in the organisation of celebrations, parties, and various events.
- Manage the storeroom and waste flow.
- Support other services in resident care, within the framework of interdisciplinarity.
- Manage the residents’ petty cash and the main cash register.
