For this, we are looking for a qualified professional who loves their craft, wants to take on responsibility and enjoys passing on their knowledge to the next generation.

Your tasks

• You repair bodywork damage on vehicles of all brands, from everyday cars to luxury vehicles, precisely and according to manufacturer specifications
• You work with the latest tools, measuring systems and repair techniques, including on aluminium, carbon and electric vehicles
• You deputise for the Bodyshop Manager during absences, coordinate the work in the workshop and act as the contact person for the team
• You take responsibility for our apprentices: you support, encourage and motivate them on their path to professional qualification
• You ensure with your quality awareness that every vehicle meets our high standards
• You work closely with the team

What you bring

• Completed training as a Panel Beater EFZ
• Several years of professional experience and enjoyment of demanding repairs with attention to detail
• Initial leadership experience or the desire to take on leadership responsibility
• Enthusiasm for cars and new technologies
• Interest in further training, such as brand-specific courses or further education to become a bodyshop manager
• Enjoyment of working with young people and willingness to take responsibility for apprentices (trainer course advantageous or willingness to complete it)
• Reliability, team spirit, organisational talent and a clean, precise working method
