What you can achieve
- 🧀 You are responsible for operating and monitoring the packing and production machines assigned to you.
- 💪🏼 You professionally lead the team members assigned to you on the line and ensure a smooth production process.
- 🧽 You regularly carry out product quality checks and reliably adhere to our quality and hygiene standards, so that our customers always have the tastiest product in Switzerland available.
- 📝 You complete the production reports regularly and accurately.
- 🔎 You always keep an eye on the production schedule and correctly account for the production orders.
What you bring with you
- 🎓 You have a basic EFZ qualification in the food sector (cook, butcher or in food or dairy technology)
- 🛠️ You have a strong technical flair for machines as well as an excellent awareness of hygiene.
- 🖥️ You already have some knowledge of system applications with SAP.
- 🚗 You are flexible, mobile and willing to work in shifts (2-shift system).
- 🗨️ You have very good oral and written German skills (at least B2).
