As an ISO, you are responsible for the technical implementation of information security, integrating security into operations and projects, pragmatically managing risks, and ensuring effective, actionable protective measures in everyday CISTEC life. You operate at the interface of governance, technology, and management. You are the central contact person for information and cybersecurity topics.
Your tasks
- Support with roadmaps, product strategy, tool evaluations, and pricing models.
- Testing new developments and customer-specific adaptations of our software.
- Handling customer tickets and performing customer-specific configurations (calendars & workflows).
- Creating and maintaining documentation, handouts, and standard materials.
- Contributing to process optimizations, e.g., chatbot for customer inquiries, standard catalog for services, and project evaluations.
- Close collaboration with team leaders and a team of product managers.
Your profile
- Completed studies in health sciences, medical informatics, or similar.
- Initial experience through an internship or working student position with clinical processes in outpatient or inpatient departments.
- Enjoy analyzing requirements and developing solutions.
- Accuracy, structured working style, and a good eye for testing.
- Team spirit and systematic, transparent working style.
- Ideally experience with treatment planning software or software configuration.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, decisiveness, and leadership qualities.
- Very high self-motivation, energy, and resilience.
