Due to our growth, we are looking for a motivated Logistics Clerk (m/f/d) for our location in Bülach immediately or by arrangement, who will strengthen our logistics team and ensure that our goods movements and inventories are handled efficiently, correctly, and smoothly.
\n\n\nWhat you do\n\n
- You process orders in goods receipt and goods issue
- You create loading and unloading lists
- You handle clarification cases on site, from discrepancies to inconsistencies in inventories
- You support and advise our customers by phone, email, or in person
- You monitor deadlines and ensure that everything is processed on time
- You process special orders, returns, damage cases, and complaints
- You coordinate all important information and work closely with the transport department and the customer area
- You assist with inventories and actively pitch in
- You maintain statistics that serve as a basis for performance measurements and billing
- You take over the monthly billing and ensure clean documentation
- You have completed training in the logistics field or have comparable office experience
- Ideally, you already have experience in handling clarification cases and in the operational warehouse environment
- You have good IT user skills, especially in ERP or WMS systems
- Ideally, you have customs knowledge (advantageous)
- You communicate in German and English, both spoken and written
- You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner
- You are a team player, resilient, and like to take responsibility
