Residential Area Manager Spitex

Your Tasks

• You take over the professional and personnel management of the nursing team (approx. 15 employees) on the 1st floor as well as the Spitex area and, together with your team, ensure professional and needs-based care and support
• You organise and coordinate the daily care and support processes and ensure a smooth operation in both the inpatient and outpatient areas
• You lead, accompany and develop your employees and create a working environment in which personal responsibility, collaboration and quality are lived
• You ensure professional care planning, nursing documentation and service recording and monitor compliance with our quality standards
• You keep an eye on the personnel and economic framework conditions of your area of responsibility and use the available resources purposefully
• You ensure a reliable flow of information between residents or Spitex clients, relatives, employees and other internal as well as external specialist offices
• You work closely with the nursing management and other managers and actively contribute to the further development of care quality and our processes
• You are a reliable contact person for your team, lead by example and support the operational day-to-day business if necessary.

Your Profile

• You have completed training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH
• You have several years of leadership experience in a comparable position and ideally have leadership training or are willing to complete one
• You have experience in long-term care and/or Spitex
• You have experience dealing with people with dementia and various care and support needs
• You enjoy leading and developing employees and communicate clearly, appreciatively and reliably
• You are interested in care development and continuous improvement of care quality
• You think in a networked and economical way and can use personnel and operational resources responsibly
• You have good RAI knowledge and are confident in using digital work tools
• An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as resilience and teamwork complete your profile.
