Job profile
Area of responsibility with us
- Active participation in all areas of the kitchen (including show kitchen)
- Preparation of all dishes with the kitchen team, creation of mise en place and development of local and varied menus for our special events
- Responsibility for purchasing, costing and inventory
- Creation of work, leave and holiday planning for the kitchen team
- Ensuring and organising a smooth kitchen operation from A to Z
- Maintaining the high quality standard, implementing the hygiene concept (including training of employees)
Personal profile
What we are looking for
- Experience in gastronomy and classic cuisine
- Good knowledge of German, additional languages advantageous (e.g. Italian, English, Portuguese)
- Independent working style, resilient, team-oriented and communicative
- Friendly and motivated demeanour
- Clean and organised working
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
- Physically fit and resilient
