Senior Property Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 110,000Responsibilities:
- You provide professional and operational support to the property management leadership
- You are responsible for initial and re-lettings
- You take on the financial and administrative management
- You lead the caretakers and supervise the service contracts
- You are responsible for technical management, including the tendering process
Qualifications:
- You have completed a commercial and/or technical education, are in training, or hold a federal professional certificate
- You bring experience and knowledge of tenancy and property law from the real estate sector
- You possess good IT skills, especially in MS Office programmes
