Internship Neuropsychology

cereneo offers highly specialised rehabilitation programmes for people with neurological diseases and injuries, including stroke, brain injuries, neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, and many other neurological disorders.

The aim of this internship is to provide an introduction to neuropsychological diagnostics and therapy for adult patients in an inpatient neuro-rehabilitation setting. You will receive an introduction to clinical-diagnostic neuropsychological work, learn and conduct a detailed hypothesis-driven mental status examination with anamnesis, apply psychometric methods, become familiar with and carry out various therapeutic procedures, as well as prepare reports and get to know the clinical routine in neuropsychology within inpatient neuro-rehabilitation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, possibly in advanced Master’s studies
• Good foundational knowledge in neuroscience, especially neuropsychology
• Motivation for independent work
• Good German and English skills
