What you'll do
- Deputy of Global Head Control Room
- Ensuring Compliance with SIX Swiss Exchange / BX Exchange trading rules & reporting requirements of listed companies and significant participations
- Monitoring, analysing and implementing regulatory developments
- Handling, monitoring and reporting of Conflict of Interest & Employee conduct
- Trade surveillance, analysis of Trading & Sales activities, rules, regulations and contractual agreements
- Maintenance of watch / restricted list, Fund and ETF approvals
- Collaboration in SIX & BX Audit
- Dealing with queries of FINMA, SIX and BX and any other authority or Exchange
- Responsibility for global Policy framework
- Administrative support in several topics (Operational Risk, ICS etc.)
- Support of Board, EC, Trading and Sales and other Business areas in Compliance related matters
What you'll need
- University degree or an equivalent education with focus on Trading, Compliance or Banking
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a Trading related control function
- Very good user skills of MS-Office (especially Excel), IT affinity
- Very good analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexible, confident and with ability to work on all levels
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
- Fluency in German and English; other languages are of advantage
