About the job

• As an ICT specialist EFZ, you install devices such as computers, printers, smartphones, as well as operating systems. You commission new workstations and maintain the hardware.
• You resolve faults and problems within the scope of first-level support or forward them specifically to specialists.
• You install software and applications and configure them.
• You participate in projects, such as relocating a department within the company or rolling out a new operating system.
• You also support and train users in the introduction of new applications.

• You have completed compulsory schooling, level A, with good grades in mathematics and English.
• You have a strong interest in technology and in contact with customers.
• You work independently, focused, and in a structured manner.
• You are reliable, service-oriented, and a team player.
• You are curious, patient, and eager to learn.
