Tasks
- Independently design manufacturing processes from calculation to series production
- Create CAM programmes and carry out initial sample inspections
- Optimally coordinate clamping devices, tools and programmes
- Test and implement new manufacturing technologies and automation solutions
- Accompany initial and series start-ups and provide professional support to colleagues and trainees
Requirements
- Completed training as a polymechanic with a focus on CNC manufacturing (turning and milling)
- Experience as a setter and CAM programmer, ideally with TopSolid
- Confident handling of Siemens controls, index G200.2 knowledge is an advantage
- Process- and cost-oriented thinking for economical manufacturing of components
- Structured working method, technical understanding, confident appearance and very good German skills
