Group Leader Service Centres Tram (100%)

Your role with us

• Leading employees in shift work.
• Ordering, performing and monitoring maintenance and repair work on rail vehicles.
• Managing technical special operations (derailments, towing and releasing).
• Medium- and short-term personnel and rolling stock deployment planning.
• Participation and implementation in continuous process optimisation.

What convinces us

• Completed vocational training in a craft, preferably in the electrical sector.
• Further training as an industrial foreman, maintenance manager or comparable qualification.
• Experience in rail vehicle maintenance as well as in personnel management is desirable.
• Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP, industry-specific software) and driving licence category B.
• Willingness to work shifts, on-call and weekend duty as required.
