To strengthen our team, we are looking by arrangement for our Zurich-North branch for a competent and experienced person as Star Assistant/Reception & Telephone Clerk 100% (m/f).
Your tasks
- Cheerful and friendly greeting and care of our customers at reception
- Receiving and forwarding telephone calls
- Appointment scheduling and planning of customer appointments
- Assistance in the customer service area and serving customers at the coffee bar
- Handling general administrative tasks in the back office as well as online customer support
Your profile
- You are an upbeat, open and communicative personality
- You enjoy daily contact with people and have a strong service orientation
- You present yourself in a friendly, confident and professional manner and have a neat appearance
- Very good German skills (Swiss German)
- Good spoken English skills
- You remain calm and keep an overview even in livelier situations
- Confident handling of PC, telephone and common office applications
