The Retirement and Nursing Homes Teufen offer a home to 105 elderly people. For our Lindenhügel house with 40 residents, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed person who will help shape our hotel services with heart, overview and good ideas.
Hotel Services Team Leader (m/f)
60 – 70 % immediately or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Leadership and support of a team of around 6 employees
- Organisation of daily operations in cleaning, laundry, dining room and cafeteria
- Active participation in daily work and ensuring our quality standards
- Scheduling and responsibility for materials and resources
- Co-design and further development of hotel services
- Assistance in organising and conducting
events
Your profile
- Training as a hotel services and housekeeping specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
- Leadership experience or motivation for the next step into a leadership role
- Organisational talent and an independent, solution-oriented working style
- Inspiring personality and a high degree of self-motivation
- Open, appreciative communication and enjoyment of teamwork
- Enjoyment of contact with elderly people and very good German language skills
