About the job

The Thurau motorway service area AG is an independent motorway service area with a restaurant, kiosk, and petrol stations, employing around 40 customer-oriented part-time and full-time staff and two service robots. Every day, the Thurau crew is on duty from 06:00 to 23:00 for guests from all over the world, as well as for loyal regular customers.

Your Challenges

• Operational management of the service team
• Active assistance in service
• Ensuring guest and employee satisfaction
• Planning, leading, promoting, and qualifying service staff
• Assisting with offer planning and sales promotion
• Compliance with quality standards and hygiene concept
• Monitoring orders and deliveries
• Various administrative tasks
• Representing the managing director in their absence

Your Competencies

• Strong leadership personality
• Positive and trend-conscious host personality
• Organisational talent
• Confident, well-groomed appearance
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Training/certification in hospitality EFZ
