Renewable energies are more important today than ever before: and with that, the heat pump moves further into focus. In your role as Coordinator (m/f/d) in Technical Service, you significantly contribute to driving sustainable energy solutions forward. With your expertise and technical skill, you advance the service technician team and resolve faults that others cannot solve.

Tasks

• Technical leadership
• Ensuring and further developing processes and rules
• Training, education and further training of new TD technicians in the team
• Taking over the 2nd escalation level for problem systems
• Organising the on-call planning of the team together with dispatch
• Leading the ERFA meetings together with RSL
• Holiday planning of the TD technicians together with RSL
• Handling complaints

Requirements

• Technical basic training and further education
• Professional certification for refrigeration licence (heat pump)
• NIV-15 (heat pump)
• Teamwork, solution orientation, personal responsibility
