Senior Accountant (70-80%) fixed-term from now until June 2027

We advise employees, managers, and HR services on psychosocial issues, aiming to promote the well-being and performance of employees.

We are looking for a maternity cover with a hands-on mentality with the following profile:

YOUR MISSION

• Independent and professionally confident handling of ongoing financial accounting
• Ensuring timely and high-quality daily business operations
• Preparation of timely monthly and annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
• Review and plausibility checks of financial data including intercompany reconciliations
• Support of the CFO
• Support and collaboration in invoicing and customer contract management
• Participation in cost accounting, cost centre accounting, and controlling topics
• Participation in the maintenance and further development of the Group Accounting Manual and the internal control system (ICS)
• Participation in the maintenance and further development of internal processes and controls in accounting
• Willingness to take on ad-hoc tasks

YOUR SUPERPOWERS

• You are used to diving in at the deep end and enjoy being productive immediately

  Your experience and qualifications show us that you can take on the aforementioned tasks independently and without lengthy induction

• Good knowledge of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
• Good German skills; English and French skills are welcome
• Confident handling of ERP systems and ideally Abacus
• Independent, precise, and structured working style
• High service orientation and strong sense of responsibility
• Resilient and reliable personality
