- You have at least a diploma as FaGe EFZ and ideally already have experience in team leadership?

- Do you like to actively participate in optimizations and see yourself as part of the whole?
- Do you take responsibility, are reliable and at the same time flexible?
- Will you do justice to both employees and residents with your leadership understanding?
