Areas of responsibility
- Leading the youth meeting (biweekly) and youth projects
- Planning and conducting youth church (mandatory part for grades 5-8)
- Coaching volunteer teams and supporting young people
- Networking with other church communities and organizations
- Option: Band leadership and/or climbing club leadership
Profile and expectations
- Suitable training or experience in youth work
- Personality rooted in the Christian faith
- Participation in the church life of our church community
- Team and enthusiasm skills
