Tasks
- You competently, empathetically and individually care for newborns, children and adolescents up to the age of 16.
- You assist in the general paediatric consultation and support the medical team during examinations and treatments.
- You take on administrative tasks such as case initiation, appointment scheduling and processing orders.
- You answer telephone calls, triage them and advise patients and their parents competently and kindly.
- You ensure high quality and continuity in the treatment process and actively contribute to the further development of our procedures.
Profile
- You have completed training as a medical practice assistant EFZ.
- You bring several years of professional experience as an MPA, ideally in paediatrics or in the care of children and adolescents.
- You enjoy working with young patients and approach them and their parents with empathy and professionalism.
- You possess high social competence, are strong in communication and have a quick grasp.
- You work independently, reliably and in a structured manner even in hectic situations.
- You value teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration with the medical team and other professionals.
