Scope of work

• Operational team coordination: First point of contact for employees in day-to-day business and support with technical questions
• Process control: Coordination and ensuring a smooth flow of goods as well as daily workflows
• Team support: Active support, guidance and motivation of employees in operational activities
• Day-to-day business: Participation in all logistics areas and active support of the team
• Process optimisation: Participation in the optimisation of workflows as well as involvement in logistics projects
• Collaboration: Close cooperation with the department management and the deputy department management

Profile

• Qualification: Completed training as a logistician and at least two years of professional experience in warehousing
• Leadership experience: Initial knowledge in staff management is an advantage
• Commitment: High flexibility and resilience under changing circumstances
• Working style: Strong organisational talent to ensure smooth processes as well as a team-oriented personality
• Strong communication skills: Good German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as clear and understandable expression
