Legal Assistant 50% Criminal Law and Life Sciences

For our location in Zurich, we are looking for a motivated legal assistant 50% from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement.
Your tasks:
- You will jointly manage the secretariat of our Criminal Law and Life Sciences team with two other people and support two partners and other associates in administrative matters and in submissions to courts and authorities
- You will prepare correspondence, legal documents, contracts and expert opinions based on templates in German and English
- You are responsible for invoicing and address management
- Your duties also include appointment and deadline control as well as the orderly filing of mandates
- You are in contact with clients and authorities and organise meetings and travel
- You assist with the dispatch of the Life Sciences newsletter
Your qualifications:
- You are currently studying or have a commercial or comparable qualification and
- are proficient in common Microsoft Office programmes
- You communicate confidently in German and English (B2)
- You are proactive, flexible, helpful and think ahead
- Professional experience in a comparable role is an advantage
