Specialized Operating Room Assistant (ASSO) or Operating Room Auxiliary (50%-80%)
Profile:
The person we are looking for has, in addition to good knowledge in the use of main IT tools, the diploma of Specialized Operating Room Assistant (ASSO) or is willing to obtain it. Experience gained in the operating room or in an interventional specialty outpatient clinic is a preferred qualification.
The future collaborator is flexible both in the scope of assigned activities and in work shifts; has excellent relational and organizational skills as well as a team-working attitude and a good spirit of collaboration.
He/she is a reliable person capable of independently managing significant workloads by assuming delegated responsibilities; moreover, he/she knows how to adapt to ongoing and future changes.
He/she believes, as we do, in the importance of putting the patient and their family at the center of all our attention and is personally and actively dedicated to continuous self-improvement.
