About the job
We are looking for a Coordinator: Vocational Education (80 – 100 %) to start immediately or by arrangement
These are your tasks:
- Participation in junior staff and vocational marketing (website, newsletter, other projects)
- Organisation and support of automotive professions' appearances at events such as SwissSkills
- Maintenance and care of relationships with educational partners and advising AGVS members
- Participation in projects of basic education and higher vocational education as well as in cross-association projects
- Coordination and administrative support of commissions, working groups and courses
- Ensuring the quality of the AGVS Business Academy according to eduQua:2021
- Management of the automotive professions' social media channels and content production
- Budgeting and invoicing for the area of responsibility
- Support of the head of education
What you bring with you
- You are an independent, communicative and committed personality with organisational talent
- You enjoy working in a team and are willing to get involved yourself
- With your motivating personality, you find it easy to drive projects forward together with the team
- You have a commercial basic education or training in the automotive trade with commercial further education.
- A qualification in higher vocational education is preferred. Experience in vocational education is an advantage
- In addition to very good German skills, you have good oral and written French skills. Knowledge of Italian is an advantage
- You are proficient in the use of common MS Office products and familiar with common social media
