We are looking for a Logistician / Driver Cat. CE for our company Meier Logistics at the Niederbipp location. Due to a significant new major order in the field of window and door logistics, we are specifically expanding our team. To reliably manage the additional order volume, meet the agreed delivery dates and fulfil the new contracts according to schedule, we are seeking active support. Your main tasks

• Safe and timely delivery of windows and doors with the crane vehicle
• Independent loading and unloading, safe crane operation and proper load securing
• Assistance with goods receipt, storage, order picking, tour preparation and returns
• Inspection, provision and return of transport frames and other returnable containers
• Complete digital documentation in transport and reliable bookings in the warehouse process
• Professional coordination with dispatch, warehouse team, customers and site managers
• Maintenance, inspection and reporting of defects on vehicle, crane, forklifts and work equipment

Your profile

• Professional training as a logistician and several years of practical experience, preferably in the
  wood-based materials sector with long goods, panels etc.
• Driving licence category CE and valid CZV certificate
• Required training or valid certificate for truck-mounted cranes
• SUVA-recognised forklift licence; R1 and R2 required, R3 advantageous
• Experience with crane trucks, articulated lorries, load securing and crane work
• Experience in warehouse logistics, order picking and goods provision
• Flawless German skills for customer contact, warehouse coordination and digital documentation
• Process-oriented working style, knowledge of a warehouse management system advantageous
• Resilient, flexible and service-oriented personality with a networked way of thinking
• Willingness for occasional, pre-planned overnight stays away from home
