About the job
What you can achieve
- In the cheese production area, you produce our unique Kaltbach cheese varieties in a two-shift operation and also prepare the corresponding starter cultures yourself.
- Variety is guaranteed, so you also take on tasks in milk reception and standardisation, as well as at the cheese salting systems.
- You are thoroughly familiar with hygiene, safety, production, and process standards, and to ensure everything is correct, you secure all necessary verification documents.
- You enjoy working with your team and, as a coach, you train employees and apprentices on the equipment according to the training programme.
- With your forward-looking approach, you also ensure material availability on the equipment, check and carry out cleaning and maintenance work according to guidelines, and bring forward suggestions for optimising the equipment, production process, and interfaces.
What you bring
- Your training as a dairy technologist EFZ, food technologist EFZ, preferably with a few years of professional experience in cheese production, fits perfectly.
- You appreciate a family atmosphere, a great team, and our unmistakable cheese enjoyment :-)
- You are familiar with common Office programmes and have no problems with German.
- If you are also open to new things, enjoy learning, can think in a networked way, and are reliable, you are a perfect fit for our position!
