UX / UI Designer

Your mission

• You design user-centered, intuitive digital experiences that positively impact users' lives across various sectors.
• You translate user and stakeholder needs into clear interfaces using design thinking.
• You conduct user research by performing interviews, usability tests, and surveys during discovery and validation phases.
• You create prototypes to illustrate concepts and support developers in their implementation.
• Create and maintain component libraries and design systems to ensure interface quality and consistency.

Your qualifications

• You have at least 2 years of professional design experience within a consulting firm, design agency, or an internal creative department of a company – experience with B2B products is a plus.
• You have comprehensive experience in UX and UI, and know how to work with a design system/component library while maintaining its quality and consistency throughout a product's lifecycle.
• You have experience planning, conducting, and synthesizing usability tests.
• You are comfortable presenting and defending your ideas for the benefit of users to clients and stakeholders.
• You are proficient in English, both written and spoken (C1 level). German is an asset.
