Your tasks
- Primary contact person for customers, analysing their processes in the area of disposition & workflows (outpatient clinics, emergency, therapies, operating theatre).
- Testing new developments and customer-specific adjustments.
- Responsibility for customer tickets of the disposition and workflow module of our KISIM.
- Customer-specific configuration for calendars and workflows.
- Close collaboration with internal development and other product managers.
Your profile
- Familiar with clinical processes in the area of outpatient and inpatient departments in hospitals and clinics.
- Completed training or university of applied sciences degree in healthcare.
- Experience with treatment planning software and experience in software configuration.
- Ability to capture requirements, analyse them, and develop solutions (requirement engineering) and document them clearly.
- Precise working style and a good eye for testing.
- Communicative, with strong advisory skills and enjoyment of professional customer contact.
- Practise a systematic and transparent working style and enjoy contributing to a team.
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, ideally French or English skills.
