Your tasks

• Primary contact person for customers, analysing their processes in the area of disposition & workflows (outpatient clinics, emergency, therapies, operating theatre).
• Testing new developments and customer-specific adjustments.
• Responsibility for customer tickets of the disposition and workflow module of our KISIM.
• Customer-specific configuration for calendars and workflows.
• Close collaboration with internal development and other product managers.

Your profile

• Familiar with clinical processes in the area of outpatient and inpatient departments in hospitals and clinics.
• Completed training or university of applied sciences degree in healthcare.
• Experience with treatment planning software and experience in software configuration.
• Ability to capture requirements, analyse them, and develop solutions (requirement engineering) and document them clearly.
• Precise working style and a good eye for testing.
• Communicative, with strong advisory skills and enjoyment of professional customer contact.
• Practise a systematic and transparent working style and enjoy contributing to a team.
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, ideally French or English skills.
