The Medical Emergency Call Center 144 Graubünden (SNZ144 GR) organizes and coordinates the rescue of injured and ill persons in the canton of Graubünden. It is a department of the Health Department and is located in the premises of the Emergency & Operations Center of the Cantonal Police of Graubünden in Chur.
We are looking for a Clerk Administration for the Medical Emergency Call Center 144, at the location Ringstrasse 2 in Chur, starting July 1, 2026, or by agreement.
- Independent management of the secretariat of the Medical Emergency Call Center 144
- Responsible for the independent organization of the area of on-call doctors, pharmacies, dentists, and ophthalmologists; contact person for the regional duty planners of the respective partner organizations; recording & updating of duty data in the control system of the emergency call center
- Verification of the agreed standby services of the rescue services and on-call doctors according to the currently valid service agreements; reporting to the Health Department
- Preparation of the annual key data book for rescue services Graubünden
- Preparation, dispatch, and control of quarterly / annual invoices; contact person for debtors
- "Power User" for the document management system CMI
- Handling of incoming correspondence, minute taking; general administrative support of the management SNZ144 GR
- You have a commercial education (EFZ mandatory)
- You bring experience in secretarial / assistant area, minute taking, work independently, efficiently and precisely, and are a service-oriented person
- You have flawless German skills in writing and speaking; Italian skills are desired
- You are IT-savvy in handling IT systems (CMI document management, control system PELIX, etc.); you have comprehensive knowledge of MS Office core applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and, if possible, the ICT Advanced User SIZ diploma
- You have organizational talent, are a team player, communicative, and discreet
- The workload is distributed over the weekdays (Mon-Fri, usually mornings)
