Tasks & Challenges * Independent management of several real estate accounting records * Processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable * Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements * VAT accounting * Dunning * Close cooperation with property managers * Support in the further development of processes Qualifications & Competences * Commercial training * Further training as an accounting clerk or a professional certificate in finance and accounting is an advantage * 2-3 years of experience in real estate accounting * Networked and analytical thinking * Communicative and solution-oriented * Interest in proactively improving processes * Proficient IT skills * Native German speaker Opportunities & Perspectives Our client offers a family-oriented and versatile environment.
