As part of the development of our activity, we are looking for a Structural Quantity Surveyor to complete our Study Office team and take on new real estate challenges together!

Your mission? To be responsible for the overall cost and compliance of the study with all the client file documents and the study planning.

More concretely, your tasks will be as follows:

Setting up the detailed project file including optimizations and variants

Participation in internal and possibly external project meetings

Validation and coordination of results with the Head of the Technical Study Office.

Verification of the requirements for the structural work, earthworks, and special works lots

Needs analysis (completeness, precision)

Detailed project analysis (options/risks/errors in the project/feasibility etc.) in collaboration with the Technical Project Manager (CPT)

Conducting a detailed and traceable cost study

Development of methods: PIC & structural work planning

Solicitation of specialists and contractors in agreement with the CPT

Management of contractors during the study and development phase

Creation of a database

Control of the missions and specifications of external contractors during the execution phase

Support for the project manager during execution in coordinating contractors

Support for execution in purchasing, reception with contractors, administration, etc. until handover to the client

Development of a quick calculation tool for CFC 17, 20 & 21 for VPC

Audit of calculations for CFC 17, 20 & 21 established by the Quantity Surveyor
