Customer Advisor Vehicle Financing

About the job

In this exciting role, you are responsible for processing the leasing applications of our sales partners throughout Switzerland.

This includes handling dossiers as well as supporting sales partners in connection with order processing. As the first point of contact, you provide our customers with excellent service in at least two national languages.

What We Expect

A commercial basic education with several years of relevant experience in vehicle financing or extensive experience as a sales advisor in a larger garage is required.

A CAS Leasing qualification is an advantage.

You are passionate about the vehicle industry and its financing business and have acquired the necessary knowledge for processing vehicle financing transactions.

You enjoy applying your communication skills and customer focus daily, combining these with your assertiveness and your independent and reliable way of working.

You are characterised by entrepreneurial action, high self-motivation, and a strong customer orientation.

You are fluent in German and French (Italian or any other language is an advantage).
