What are your tasks?
- You care for and support our residents with empathy and professionalism
- You assist them with personal hygiene, mobilisation, and daily life, promoting their independence
- You perform medical-technical tasks such as medication administration, vital sign checks, and wound care according to your competencies
- You observe the health status of our residents and document your care carefully
- You actively participate in the care process and contribute your observations and ideas to the team
What do we expect from you?
- You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe)
- You treat our residents with respect, empathy, and appreciation
- You enjoy holistic care and support of elderly people and put their needs at the centre
- You apply your professional skills confidently and carry out nursing and medical-technical activities reliably
- You remain calm in demanding situations and act in a solution-oriented manner
- You are willing to take responsibility and enable our residents to have a valuable daily life
