You are an experienced painter, have already gained initial leadership experience and feel: there is more to come?
For our client CWA Constructions SA in Olten, we are looking for a team leader for industrial painting (m/f/d) responsible for around six employees. Here you are neither a manager from the office nor simply the most experienced painter in the team. You combine both.

What you bring with you

• Training and solid experience in bodywork or industrial painting form the professional basis.
• We are not looking for an administrator. We are looking for someone who can organise, make decisions, engage people and keep an overview even on a busier production day.
