YOUR CHALLENGE

• You actively approach our customers, understand their needs, and offer them suitable solutions.
• You inspire in sales with clear, honest advice and a convincing appearance.
• You show high self-motivation, achieve your monthly targets, and actively contribute to the shop's success.
• You handle service and support requests (e.g. device service, questions about products/subscriptions) in a solution-oriented, competent, and reliable manner.
• You ensure, together with the team, an inviting shop experience and a positive atmosphere.
• You keep an overview of administrative and operational tasks (e.g. cash register, stock, order).
• You use downtimes for exciting outbound campaigns and generate additional sales opportunities.
• You live the Sunrise values Bold, Passionate, and One in everyday life and actively promote collaboration, customer proximity, and initiative.

YOUR SKILLS

• Ideally, you already have experience in a comparable retail role or convince as a motivated career changer with a strong sales flair and service orientation.
• You are bursting with enthusiasm for technology and digital products and explain them clearly.
• You work goal- and customer-oriented, are reliable, and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
• You show flexibility and are willing to regularly work on Saturdays and evening shifts.
• You have very good German skills; any additional language is a plus.
