About the job

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual who independently and enthusiastically leads demanding architectural projects from planning to realisation.

Your position:

• Independent management of architectural projects from preliminary design to realisation
• Responsibility for project design and planning across the various SIA phases
• Development and implementation of architectural, structural and economic solutions
• Leadership and coordination of the internal project team
• Coordination and management of specialist planners and experts
• Ensuring planning quality as well as adherence to deadlines and costs
• Preparation and coordination of construction, approval and execution documents
• Contact and coordination with clients, authorities, specialist planners and contractors
• Supervision of execution and ensuring the implementation of the planning on site
• Close collaboration with site management

Your profile:

• Completed studies as Architect ETH/FH or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in project design and execution planning (we work with Revit and AutoCAD)
• Experience in independently managing architectural projects
• Good knowledge of Swiss planning and construction processes
• Confident handling of construction, detailed planning and relevant standards
• Passion for architecture and the development of good, feasible solutions
• Independent, structured and responsible working style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with clients, planners and contractors
• Good command of German, both spoken and written
• Good user knowledge of common planning and office programmes
