Your tasks with the new employer:

• As a member of the management team, you contribute your ideas to entrepreneurial decisions and, together with another department head, shape the strategic development of nursing
• You take on the personnel and professional leadership of the department heads reporting to you, support them in their leadership roles, and promote constructive collaboration
• You actively drive the continuous improvement of nursing quality as well as the development of existing structures and workflows and accompany their implementation
• With forward-looking resource management, clear objectives, and innovative solutions, you ensure the sustainable development of your area of responsibility

• You have completed nursing training at tertiary level HF/FH and possibly have further training in management
• Several years of professional experience in nursing and solid leadership experience in a comparable position form the basis for your new challenge
