What you accomplish

• Organisation of the assigned station
• Preparation of the daily mise en place
• Preparation and service of meals and desserts at lunch and dinner
• Cleaning and control tasks as well as workplace safety within the HACCP / KOPAS concept
• Assist the chef in planning and adhering to quality and safety standards
• Help with orders, receipt, and storage of goods

What you bring

• Education: Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC)
• Specialisation: CFC as a cook
• Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in a similar position in gastronomy
• Help with orders, receipt, and storage of goods
• A service-oriented and communicative personality
• You are customer-oriented and have a neat appearance
• French (B2)
• Italian (ADVANTAGEOUS)
