House Rules1.
As part of the community, you share responsibility towards it and are accountable to it.
Your privacy and that of your fellow residents, however, are mutually respected.
2.
You are responsible for your living space and personal belongings. You may furnish your room according to your taste in consultation with the team. However, you must leave it as you found it upon departure. For fire safety reasons, no candles may be lit.
3.
Rest and sleep are important. Consideration must be given to your fellow residents, neighbours, and the surroundings, and the night-time quiet hours (22:00-07:00) must be observed.

Care must be taken with the premises and facilities. They should be left as you would like to find them.
5.
Guests are welcome; this is allowed according to the daily programme until no later than 20:00. Visits must, however, be reported to the team and other clients. You are responsible for the behaviour of your guests. Between 20:00 and 08:12 only your partner is tolerated in the house.
6.
In the communal rooms and during collective leisure activities, the consumption of non-prescribed psychotropic substances is prohibited. Selling or giving away addictive substances and medication in the house is forbidden. Collective consumption of addictive substances by our clients is generally prohibited.
7.
Threats of violence, use of violence, theft, wilful damage, and failure to comply with the house rules or the team’s instructions will not be tolerated and may lead to exclusion.
