Company Description
The Public Institutions for Integration (EPI) have the mission to contribute to the well-being and social and/or professional integration of people with disabilities or facing difficulties in professional and/or social integration.
More than 900 people are supported in very diverse contexts.
We are looking for our real estate unit, a representative of the project owner (RMO) and real estate manager at 100%.
Reporting to the head of real estate, your objectives will be to apply and monitor the strategic orientations defined by the general management and the management of general services & information systems in terms of real estate management.
Job Description
- Real Estate Project Management:
- Design, plan and manage construction, renovation, transformation and development projects.
- Ensure the achievement of project objectives, including respect for budget, deadlines and quality requirements.
- Control the financial management of projects from the feasibility phase to completion, while respecting allocated budget limits.
- Coordinate the various internal and external stakeholders in project implementation.
- Monitor project progress, regularly assess risks and implement appropriate response strategies.
- Communicate effectively about projects and support stakeholders in change processes.
- Plan, organize and manage the relocation of people and goods, including interior layout projects.
- Real Estate Portfolio Management:
- Ensure the provision of a real estate portfolio that meets the needs of beneficiaries, staff and the institution's strategic orientations.
- Manage the real estate portfolio administratively and financially, including leased properties and the institution's assets.
- Negotiate lease contracts and manage relationships with property managers and owners.
- Ensure the administrative coordination of co-ownerships/condominiums.
- Monitor indicators related to sustainable development.
- Respond to any request related to real estate management or perform any other activity entrusted by the Management related to the EPI mission.
Qualifications
- Degree in architecture or civil engineering or equivalent qualification, complemented by project management training.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional, multidisciplinary and complex projects.
- Good knowledge of the Geneva real estate market and building permits.
- Ability to develop network collaborations with internal and external partners.
- Successful experience in project management and building renovation.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations specific to the activities.
- Proven experience representing the project owner.
- Proven skills in risk management.
- Strong interest and knowledge in sustainable development.
- Excellent interpersonal, anticipation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop network collaborations with internal and external partners.
- Client-oriented attitude, able to propose feasible solutions.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, cooperate, share objectives, responsibilities and activities.
- Communication, listening and writing skills.
- Strong interest in the mission of integrating people with disabilities or facing integration difficulties.
- Good command of common office tools.
