SPITEX Grauholz is responsible for the high-quality, reliable and needs-based care of 11 municipalities in the field of outpatient nursing and domestic services. As a progressive organisation, we continuously develop and rely on our 180 competent, open-minded and motivated employees. They work at one of the three bases in Jegenstorf, Münchenbuchsee, Urtenen-Schönbühl or in the domestic, psychiatric and assessment teams.

To strengthen our psychiatric team, we are looking for a:

Dipl. Psychiatric Nurse HF 60-80%

You want to

• take on a new challenge or are looking for a return to the diverse field of outpatient care for people from adulthood to old age.
• work independently and experience different households while still having a supportive and appreciative team behind you.
• work in challenging, varied psychiatric care and support situations.
• help clients and their relatives improve everyday coping.
• improve the quality of life of clients and empower them in their daily coping.
• advise and care for clients in a targeted manner according to their needs, involving their resources and network.

You bring

• a qualification as a nurse (HF/FH) and ideally professional experience in the Spitex sector.
• as a qualified nurse, the knowledge, experience and suitability to design and take responsibility for care processes.
• as a returnee: willingness to attend a refresher course to update your professional knowledge.
• the ability to perform administrative tasks efficiently and conscientiously and ideally know our industry software Swing. You also hold a category B driving licence.
